CCID is the Change Control number (ID). This ID differentiates one change from another (any change to any element)
A CCID can include one element or a many elements.
depending upon your site installation, CCIDs are/are not required for actions or requests.
If you have more questions about your site and their application support software, suggest that - you ask a peer
- read your sites documentation
