Hi,

I am getting an error as in a JCL

"CONTROL CARD MEMBER IS ISPF PACKED FORMAT".

Any idea why such an error is coming up?

Thanks.

Probably because the control card member specified has been packed under ISPF.

Go into ISPF, turn packing off, then save the member.

You can add a preliminary step: Batch ISPF that issues an EDIT service for that member, with macro. Then create a macro with the PACK OFF command and END.

O.
