Hi
Can anyone explain how to solve soc abends using abend-aid? If you can provide screenshots, it will be great.

Note:We are using endevor to compile the program.

Thanks
SR

It would help to know the abend that we are dealing with. Each one is different.

Far more information is required than you have posted.

Probably You wanted to say System Abends -- if yes, "soc" is not the correct word to be used here.

Google is your friend.

Note: Use endevor or change-man Abend-aid does not bother about.

You are asking how to debug a program, to restate it slightly. As expart said, there's not a lot of commonality across problems -- you have to approach each as a unique error. The general process is to look at the address of the abend, determine what happened at that point to cause the abend, and fix the cause.
