S047 abend during restarting a CICS tool

Hi,

We are gettig S047 abend during restarting a CICS tool. I have found information for this abend and come to know that, its due to APF authority.

But i have check all STEPLIB library of that CICS tool already listed as APF authorize in MVS image.

Can any have idea on it....

Could a program be getting pulled in from the Linklist? Linklist programs can be authorized or not so executing a program from an unauthorized Linklist library could cause the S047. Consult your site support group for help in determining the root of the problem -- they can set a SLIP trip and have you restart the tool to provide data about the problem program.
