I wanted to know what differences might occur if we run easytrieve on Z/OS and AIX platforms.

can you be a bit more elaborate....
what i wanted to know is what all changes are needed to be made to an easytrieve prog when its migrated to an AIX platform from Z/OS platform.

And I said, what does the product documentation (i.e. the manual) say about processing in different environments (i.e. a different platform).

Is easytrieve able to run in an AIX environment ?

What I am really asking is - Have you read any manuals before posting here, or what research you have done already.

yah....it runs in AIX environment....
but not sure what kind of changes are to be made to run it if migrated from Z/OS to AIX

problem is i dont have any idea reg AIX platform...so it would be helpfull if someone gives a small hint on how to go forward
