I got a Dynamic Permanent SAS dataset which is linked to a DB2 table.

This will fetch data from the DB2 table when it is used in the SET statement.

Is it possible to view the content or SQLs or Code used in this? If yes how? Also please let me know how these datasets are created.

Thanks in advance.

The SAS datasets are created using PROC SQL to execute the query to extract data from the DB2 table(s) into the SAS dataset.

You may need to speak to your peers to find the SQL code executed.
