SyncSort for z/OS Rel 1.2 Manual wrote: |
FILSZ Parameter (Optional)
The FILSZ parameter specifies the actual (FILSZ=n) or estimated (FILSZ=En) decimal
number of records to be sorted. This number should reflect any changes produced by
INCLUDE/OMIT, E14 and/or E15, SKIPREC and STOPAFT processing.
If FILSZ=n is specified, SyncSort will terminate unless exactly n records are processed.
If FILSZ is specified for a Tape Sort, use only the En specification. This value should indicate
the number of records in the input file without taking into account records added or
deleted by an E14 or E15 exit.
FILSZ can also be specified as a PARM option on the EXEC statement. If this option is
specified both on the SORT control statement and as a PARM option, the PARM specification
takes precedence. |
If you dont have a manual, request one from Alissa(JCL Moderator). She's the person who represents SyncSort in this forum. |
