Hello Dick & Enrico,

Thanks for this.
I already referred those manual but the question is its already existing in prod subsystem with same partition key & space then why its giving problem in test environment.

I have checked the number of allocated extents for that artition dataset & its only 8 so should be the problem related to max extet already allocated.

Possibly not enough space on the volume.

Why not just run a LISTCAT and find out for sure, rather than saying it should be one way or another?

I echo Dick, Possibly not enough space on the volume.

Not necessarily test and production environment are tailored to deal with same volume of data and when DB2 attempted to load data into a partition, partition is full.

Based on the high key value specified in the index for each partition, the utility needs to load a record into the proper partition. Loading this record requires DB2 to build a new page with a page number that is one higher than the last page in the partition. However, this new page is in the next partition.

Hi guptae

What Anuj D posted is correct. You can do a REORG on the partition if you know the part number. That will remove the unused space from your tablespace/partition. As per the message by DB2, you are trying to load data into a partition. Based on the key value, DB2 tries to load into the appropriate partition, but no space available in that partition

Regards
Raghu
