Location of the TSO commands on mainframe

Hi,

Can any one tell me in which library, I can find the code for the TSO commands such as PLUS ( to check the JCL syntax), and HI ( such as HI COB, HI JCL etc.,)
I just wanted to understand how the code is written for these commands.

the source code for the most part of mvs and add on products is not available

Not sure exactly what you are looking for, but you may want to read about programing in TSO. See TSO Programming Guide and TSO Programming Services here:
