You say that you are using SYNCTOOL, but did not post the error message codes
If they are ICE messages then you are using DFSORT
If they are WER messages - Syncsort
If they are CA messages - the CA Sort |

| Probably problem is to do with version of the SyncSort product -- which version of SyncSort you are using? |

| My original post on top seems to have the explaination including the SYNCTOOL Cards,sample i/p & o/p records etc. missing. I am sorry but I am sure I had put it all in there...Sorry. |
