I would like to find the last usage date or timestamp of the load module.

It sounds like you're asking about two different dates -- if "last usage date" means the last time the load module was executed, you'll have to get that from the SMF records (not an easy thing to do). COBOL puts a time stamp in the load module that you can find by visual inspection, and there's also a hex time stamp value encoded in one of the records by the linkage editor (binder). However, this time stamp is fixed and does not change when the program is executed.

NOTE: The SMF step record only shows the pgm name called out in the JCL step for EXEC PGM=xxxxxx. Called subroutines, etc are not listed.
