Hi,
Very recently one of my friend has been asked the following question in an interview
What is database Query statements and what is database access statements (The database here is Adabas).
I am little confused on the querstion..
Can anyone throw saome light on this area.

| I suppose Read,Find & Get are the database query statement as it searches for records & STORE, UPDATE & DELETE are access statemnts |

I had the similar thought in mind. But I think there is something tricky to answer this question..

What happens sometimes is that the interview is done in English and neither the interviewer nor the candidate are primarily English-speaking.
Sometimes there are trick questions (which is so incredibly silly and non-productive) and sometimes it is just a failure in communication. |
