i want FAQ on pl/i. i searched in Google for faqs,but unable to find it. Pls let me know about the same?

I'd suggest both the Enterprise PL/I Language Reference and the Enterprise PL/I for z/OS Programming Guide.
The guide has some interesting insights in it.
