let' s call it in some other way then
operations staff, operations people, operators, ....
any other term laudative/derogatory as You wish to describe people
who once in a while look at the zOS console to see if anything is wrong |

Someone is responsible for the availability of the tape inventory to the system - whether tape robots, manual or a combination.
These are the psople who should handle this situation/message. . . |
