HI,
Can we use the output file that comes out in a step as an input file in the same step to create a different output file.

| Did you try IO mode. It would be better writing a new program (new step) with the output of STEP1 as input in other step. |

If you have some executable code that will open a dataset in output mode, write some data, close it and then open the same dataset in input mode and read some data, yes. |
