I want to execute the NDVRC1 program in batch mode to retreive one element from Endevor to a PDS. What control statement should I give in the BSTIPT01? Is it ARCHIVE ELEMENT?

Regards,
Bipin Peter

why don't you use endevor to gen and submit a job using the scl to perform this task,

then copy the JCL from SDSF (or whatever you use) to your own jcl lib.

you will find that the only difference between this and any other endevor function - UPDATE for instance, is the SCL.

that way you only have to 'point' to the scl that you want and execute your job.
