How to version of DB2 is using in my application

can some body tell me how to know version of DB2 is using in our application..

well, your pre-compiler output will tell you what version of db2 you compiled.

I would speak to my dba's and ask them.

I have worked on sites were the dev/test environment was say vsn 7 and
production was vsn8.

Hello,

If you have the proper security permission, you can use
"-DISPLAY GROUP " from
Code:
DB2 COMMANDS           (Issue DB2 commands)
