How to convert the file from 9(9) to S9(9) COMP

Hi,

On the same line as How to convert the file from X(12) to S9(13)v9(4) COMP-3 var I want to convert 9(9) field from inlut file to S9(9) COMP.
I used
OUTREC BUILD=(1,9,UFF,PD,LENGTH=4). But its not giving me desired result.

Please help.

Guys, I got it. I used BI instead of PD for COMP.

PD is packed decimal, also known as COMP-3.
BI or FI is binary (COMP). Be aware of the difference between BI and FI, it might be important.
Take a look at the DFSORT Data Formats.
