Ask the people who installed the product -this is site specific. |

Hi expat,
We are working as the vendors, and we dont have direct contact with the system support peoples.Because of this this is something difficult to contact them.Is any other way to check this..I mean that is anywhere its logged?

no, even if you find the other that wouldn't be accurate and recommended as well while sending your jobs to CA view as part of production back up.
but if you check the jobs currently in CA view, may be you get of difference class , etc...which may send there...
but as expert suggested always it will be site specific
Thanks,

Running the SARINIT utility with SYSIN DUMMY will list the settings in effect.
In a CA-View environment without CA-Deliver, parameters CLSL, FORM and DEST define the selection criteria for what gets archived. If you have CA-Deliver in play, that product also affects what gets caught.
Cheers. |
