RMF Spread Sheet Reporter

Hi... Currently i have been doing to create RMF report by spread sheet reporter. While i creating working set i got FTP messages
"550 JesPutGet aborted, timeout exceeded
FTP Get failed
550 JesPutGet aborted, timeout exceeded".

and also "I cleared the ftp error msg, and submitted the job externally. Then i got the jcl internal error as"IEF453I NCEU67E - JOB FAILED - JCL ERROR - TIME=20.40.15 .

and also i tried ENQ related stuffs.. got red coloured data set too.. could you guys help me to know about ENQ stuffs.

FTP timeout messages frequently -- but not always -- are related to firewall issues. You need to check with your site network people about whether there is a firewall and if so how to handle the timeout messages.

rmf spread sheet reporter is a software to create graphical representation of all system related activity such as cpu activity,racf performance,summary report.

Firt step of this reporter is to get input from dump data set and creating working set is the second step.

when we create the working set it will take the dumped data set as a input and start running its own jcl. by using FTP related information it ll enter into mainframe and will take our input data set.

My problem is... im getting ftp error message in repoter software as" FTP Get failed
550 JesPutGet aborted, timeout exceeded",simultaneously i got the jcl error in my mainframe.
I had checked the jcl submitted by reporter and cleared the jcl error and again i submitted individually.Then i got the error msg""I cleared the ftp error msg, and submitted the job externally.

Then i got the jcl internal error as"IEF453I NCEU67E - JOB FAILED - JCL ERROR - TIME=20.40.15
As per the advice from the other forum i went to System ENQ status and seen whether i have red coloured data set are available or not. I had that too.
