Possible to do multiple fetches with opening a Cursor once?

Is it possible to do multiple fetches on the same cursor without close / opening it again with a different key?

explain what you mean by 'a different key'.

1. do you mean a different WHERE clause?
or
2. different values in Host Variables used in the WHERE clause?
or
3. ?

1. answer is obvious.
2. no, you must close and reopen the cursor.
3. I don't know.

you must repopulate your Host variables before re-opening the cursor.
