i have unloaded a table, droped and recreated it to expand the column length of already existing columns. Now data is to be reloaded and that the data in the expanded columns be reloaded with leading zeros. There are around 80 million rows in the table, so we cannot go for update querry. please suggest a way.

if the fields to be filled with leading zeroes are numeric, no need to do it

if they are char
unload, reformat the data ( using sort for example ), reload
