I have PAM included in my COBOL program.
It is used to access POPEN,Popen,Pclose modules.
My requirement is to exclude these calls and provide an alternative approach.
If anyone has any idea about these concepts please do share..
I am new to this Panvalet concepts.. |

Hello and welcome ot the forum,
Suggest you refer to the documentation for an understanding of what each command does.
If your organization is licensed to use the product, all of the material is available for free from CA support.

An early decision must be where the content will be moved when it is taken out of panvalet. To exclude these calls and implement others, the method of storing this data must be first decided. |

Thanks for your reply..
I have decided the method of storing the data..
It will be stored in Endevor..
Can you please suggest if this solution is feasible and can be implemented.. |

Not knowing what you are trying to do makes it difficult to suggest if it is feasible. . .
If you intend to have code access Endevor, you need to talk with your Endevor support people to learn if this i possible and permitted on your system.
Again, as this is another CA product, complete info is available from CA. |
