Problem in loading the data through HP LOAD

Hi

I am loading the table using HP load utility and i am getting fallowing error.

DSNURELD - A REQUIRED DD CARD OR TEMPLATE IS MISSING. NAME=SYSREC
DSNUGBAC - UTILITY EXECUTION TERMINATED, HIGHEST RETURN CODE=8

How to resolve this issue?
