REGION and TIME parameter in JOB statement

Hi,

Please tell me what does REGION=0M indicates in JOB statement and also whether TIME=1440 and no time parameter coded on Job statement means the same?

Hi richie,

means to allocate all available region to the concerned Job or step.

TIME=1440 means 1440 minutes specification for the job. & I think its the max U can specify.

No time parm coding means It'll take by default time specified for that perticular CLASS (Installation Specified.)
