Hi I need to convert my input file of 6045 records which have some Hex fileds to charachter fileds
some of the records are as follows
..Z.ACH TX ...*
...«ACH Cr ...Î
..p.ACH CA ...Î
Please help me how can I do it with using Sort utility. |

Is the hexadecimal data , you are speaking about is in Packed Decimal format? |

It will probably if you show the sample records using HEX ON. Also, use the "Code" tag for readability and to preserve alignment when you post this. Use the Preview to make sure your post appears as you want, then Submit. |
