I want to know the fields in the PSW of IBM Mainframe. and they should be in details, how much bits constituting each field. that is my query.

Find a copy of the z Architecture Reference Summary, SA22-7871. It tells you about every bit of the PSW.

actually Iv tried the book name with in redbooks, but Ivnt got .
or may be from lot of things I couldnt find.

It's not actually a Redbook -- it is an IBM manual. But I see dick provided the link while I was sleeping so hopefully you've got what you needed.

The link provided above is very useful,but it would be of great help if you can tell me a link where i can find the meaning and use of bits like "Program-event-recording mask" and description of other bits also .

Odd You did not find anything about PER, info is in the same manual as the PSW info

start from
publibfp.boulder.ibm.com/cgi-bin/bookmgr/BOOKS/dz9zr002/CCONTENTS

and proceed to chapter four ( control )
or directly to the PER paragraphs ( 4.5)
