Hello and welcome to the forum,

At the top of the page is a link to "IBM Manuals". The top set is for cobol.

Look in the manual for your version of cobol and search for the functions you ask about.

There is no reason for someone here to post what is in the manual.

If you get a requirement to use these, post the requirement, what you have done to the point where you start a topic, and someone will be able to clarify.
