Hi:
I'm not able to delete a dataset.
In 3.4 I can see that the dataset is available. But while deleting it, it shows that 'Data set not found'.
My job created that dataset. I want to delete the dataset before rerunning the job.
Please advice me.
Cheers,
Anoop |

SYSUT2 DD DSN=CPCP.MIDCF.MIDREP57.TEMP.OUTPUTS,
SPACE=(CYL,(500,50)),
DISP=(NEW,CATLG,DELETE),DCB=(RECFM=VB,LRECL=1200) |

Add a preceding step of IEFBR14 with DISP=(MOD,DELETE,DELETE).

Hi,
ISPF Delete should have worked... - please try again and when message 'Data set not found' appears, hit PF1. There should be long message - please let us know what that message is? |

Dear Anuj:
Now that problem has been resolved. For the same dataset I can delete it, rename it, edit etc. Previously I was not able to to all these things using the ISPF.
If I face the same problem again, I'll surely post it here. |
