Hi,
Could any of you share some information about U3997 abend. The query option in mainframe just tells me that its an internal problem.

User abends are 99.9% of the time just that, coded into the program by the developers and should be documented.
If it is a software package that has been purchased, then the details should be in the product documentation. |

Which code caused the abend? Purchased software or something written in-house? If purchased, it should be documented in the vendor material. f locally written, it will be in the source code. |
