Issue with a TELON screen going down on IMS region

We have a TELON-DB2 online program that was compiled and when the screen is being tried to access in IMS region, it the transaction and the program associated goes down causing an abend.

The abend code is U4008. I am not able to figure out why the abend is coming. Can someone help me in figure out the root cause. The only explanation I was able to find about the abend was

Explanation: The ADMAATR or ADLAATR module was unable to find or build the
parameter area for ABNORMALT 3 processing. In CICS, this ABEND is an ASRA
(0C1) with the PSW pointing to the message USER 4008.

Its developed in TELON.

It cant be developed in TELON, since TELON is not a language its just a code generator tool.

So your online must be developed by IMS or CICS or Natural...

So could you please let me know what is the language used to develop the online modules?

Its developed in COBOL, database is DB2, the online screen is in TELON. Screen is hosted in IMS region.
