what exactly means by FILE ALLOCATED/DEALLOCATED messages in CICS, speacially when tasks are about to use a file ?

normally indicates the CICS region has opened/closed file for processing.

any task in CICS can access the file once it has been opened.
this is pretty basic CICS STUFF. are these some type interview questions? |

Yes these are pretty bacis interview question, but is CICS allocation different from the one that is done in batch JOBs ? |

I have already stated earlier that these questions are not any interview questions, these are the questions that I am coming across since I have started working on them and seeking help from you all.......FYI....I am still a student in CICS..... |
