APD1,

You should ask your CICS systems support people to help you with
these type of questions, or ask your management to send you to
some CICS training classes.

Either myself or others on this from this forum would be available
on a contract basis to provide training in CICS.

well the training given is just as an overview and obviously not sufficient to answer minute details, thats why i am asking them here with a hope to get help.........since training is too costly and not available so easily, hence i find this place to be more efficient ....

Hello APD1,

If your organization is not willing to put out the expense and you are still interested in obtaining some good books i suggest you try www.murach.com/books/mainframe.htm There are some very good books there.

You're welcome icon_smile.gif

Suggest you plan on some amount of time being frustrated. . .

We aren't geared to providing training form end-to-end, but as there more questoins, someone here should be able to make a suggestion.

Good Luck icon_wink.gif
