Rebind required after adding few new colomns

We are changing a DB2 table structure and adding few new colomns in the end. The existing programs in production do not make use of these columns. Do we need to rebind these programs once our table structure moves into production ?

They are using their own DCLGENs and also don't do a "SELECT *".

Please advise.
