Hello,
A backup is restored and transactions that were run after the backup was taken are re-applied to make the database current up to some stable point. |

Not really. . .
The above is the concept. Specifics would be completely site-specific. If this is done on your system, processes have already been put in place and those should be found and studied. This may take some conversation/e-mail with your cics and/or storage management people. |
