Why the Secondary Allocation not active

Hi Guys,

I encountered a problem of PDS file storage.

You can found in the picture, the file's 1st extent blocks is 8, Secondary blocks is 360, but allocated blocks just 52 when allocated extents equal 16 and Used blocks is 52.

Looks like the file didn't extent by the space of Secondary blocks.

Could anyone help to tell me why this happened ?

I suspect that your Storage Management system modified the allocations from those requested and you have reached the 16 extent limit on what was actually assigned.
