AFAIK File-aid makes use of IDCAMS to get this job done.

If you want to delete multiple gdg bases in batch, you can try something like this.
Code:
//JS10     EXEC PGM=IDCAMS
//SYSPRINT DD  SYSOUT=*
//SYSIN    DD  *
    DELETE XXXXXXX.TEST.BASE1 GDG FORCE PURGE
    DELETE XXXXXXX.TEST.BASE2 GDG FORCE PURGE
    DELETE XXXXXXX.TEST.BASE3 GDG FORCE PURGE
    DELETE XXXXXXX.TEST.BASE4 GDG FORCE PURGE
/*
