Dear Friends,
Is there any way to find the alternate index of the VSAM file?
For example:
For X vsam file i need to search how many alternate index were there.
Thanks in Advance |

Thanks expat..
But LISTCAT just displays the count of data and index for the given VSAM..but the alternate index of the VSAM were not shown....
But if we execute LISTCAT for the AIX file it shows some information about the alternate index file.....
Is there any way to find is there any AIX file for the VSAM...? |

Put ALL at the end of the command and in the output you will find an area labelled ASSOCIATIONS. In that area you will see if there is an AIX associated to the CLUSTER. |
