Hello,

Do not post "it didn't work". . . All that does is introduce clutter and waste everyone's time.

What didn't work? You need to post the jcl, control statements, whatever was presented as error info (including message ids), and anything else that might help someone help you.

Possible causes include but are not limited to:
1. JCL error
2. Converter/interpreter error
3. Incorrect volume specified in JCL
4. Incorrect unit specified in JCL
5. Incorrect utility used in JCL
6. Incorrect DCB in JCL on input file
7. Incorrect DCB in JCL on output file
8. Incorrect utility JCL parameter given
9. Incorrect utility command provided
10. Wrong job class used
11. Region parameter too small
12. Time parameter too small
13. Incorrect use of SMS parameter
14. Incorrect SPACE parameter
15. Not enough space on disk pack
16. Not enough space in storage pool
17. Hardcoded output volume offline
18. Tape DSNAME in JCL doesn't match tape label
19. Security violation because you don't have access to HLQ
and so forth Since you've given us nothing to go on, we can't really narrow down the problem.
