McMillan, I would imagine that others might be curious, as I am, to the reason for the disclaimer:

"*No conditions Apply, except that CDs can be delivered in INDIA only."

Is this one of those "export restriction" deals?

Not much. But the cost to export this pack (including taxes & license) is greater than the development cost of the CD pack. That's why currently we are not taking interest to export. But I can send the necessary files online. (only for Moderators)

Quote:
Can I get emulator for all sort of tools that mentioned

Emulator is not available in Professional Version. We have Simulators only.

Where can I get those CD's

Please check http://mainframesindia.com for more details.

As a fresher Can I improve my mainframe skills by utilizing that CD's

Believe it or not, We have sold around 2700 Professional Version CDs yet now. We didn't receive any complaints yet now. If you are not satisfied with our CD Pack, you can get your money back.

without having practical knowledge and real-time experience

No. It's impossible. I recommend you to join any Mainframe Institute like ER & DCI or Maintec.

Any more help, Please send me a PM.

Am curious as to why not? Seems like a great product given the huge North American companies that use cobol/mainframe applications.

Not a problem. With the Canadian Dollar high as it is I don't mind the extra cost.

If you can tell me how much I'll cost me to ship via FedEx I'll gladly send you a money order.
