Please understand that the task that's been assigned to you is advanced and because you don't have a CICS background, it will be difficult for you to meet your management's deadline.
Learning basic CICS programming can take years and Webservices is a new CICS component which most CICS programmers are still learning as it can be complex.
There are many people on this board whose primary language is not English, so you're amongst others. But, all members do a good job of trying to understand each other and never criticize another member for his/her lack of English skills.
