Hi,
Iam fairly inexperienced in IMS.This is something which links both online and batch.
Do both online and batch programs have transactions.
when i go through DBS option in mainframe i can see list of transactions
<transaction name> TP
<transaction name> BMP
i know that online programs have transactions TP
Do batch also have transactions?
In case of online programs they have MOD & MID inside the pgm.
where can i find more info on MID ,MOD,transactions
