XML validation in COBOL against a schema.

Hi,

i want to validate a xml agains a schema is it possible to do it cobol,jcl or in mainframes environment. Do we need any special tools??

Please let know

have you looked at the enterprise cobol doc about the xml parse engine?

Hi Surya,

You need to parse the XML tab in cobol code and store the value in some variable.
i.e. fetch the value present in between the open and close tag of XML.
