Is there a way to get the JOB name that executes the COBOL program? Like is it there in some listing or some variable?

Click on the below link for a callable Assembler sub-program, which will return the job-name, proc-step name, step-name and job-number, in this order.

Syntax requirements are documented in the source -

Regards,
