DSS10065E Error Messages

I'm getting the following error messages, what could be the cause?

Code:

E1  8 DSS10065E  PARAMETER 'TO' IS UNIDENTIFIED.   
E2  8 DSS10065E  PARAMETER 'LENGTH' IS UNIDENTIFIED.
