Currently, I'm using IEBGENER to send an email when a job abends. I would like to use dynamic system symbols to capture job name, job number, abend time, etc. and I've been told that EZACFSM1 might work but am unable to find any examples.

Does anyone have experience with this?

Thanks

Here's a job step executing EZACFSM1 with the SYSIN data getting values replace. This sample submits a tailored job.
Code:
//SYMBOLS EXEC PGM=EZACFSM1
//SYSIN   DD DATA
//MYJOB   JOB (9320,T97),'12001010 JOB ONE',CLASS=4,MSGCLASS=H
//STEP1   EXEC PGM=PGM&SYSCLONE
//DD1     DD   DISP=SHR,DSN=&SYSUID..D&LYR2&LMON&LDAY..T&HR&MIN&SEC
/*
//SYSOUT DD SYSOUT=(A,INTRDR)
