Xpediter is a Compuware tool, not an IBM tool And the manuals are very good about how to use the tool. The overview is: compile the program using the post processor, use Xpediter to debug -- for CICS, use the XPED transaction to set up the program, for batch there's a TSO interface installed that interfaces through VTAM to the batch program to allow it to be debugged. |

Clarification: Xpediter can use a preprocesor or a postprocessor -- our site uses the post processer to simplify our compile process, but either will work. If your site uses the preprocessor that's fine. |
