ask Your support to review the TSO customization steps,
and have them update the Authorized program table...

if You do not know what I am talking about, then You have noo need to use the SYNC command icon_biggrin.gif

My configuration is:

the library sys1.cmdlib is in APF list and also in lnklist.
The command are included in SYS1.PARMLIB(IKJTSO00) under AUTHCMD.

Is there any class under RACF which control this? icon_sad.gif

very little we can do from here, remote debugging for complex issues in not an option
the issue is usually solved by running the appropriate steps,
review again the steps taken when your system was customized

or better, work with Your support to solve it

Hi,

This is something from IBM Manuals,

The SYNC command was issued with either the BOTH or the RACF operand, and was not invoked in an authorized environment. In order for the broadcast data set to be synchronized with the TSO/E segment of the RACF data base, the command must be defined to the system as an authorized command. Have your system programmer define SYNC as an authorized command.

So please follow the advice from Enrico.
