how can i merge 2 records into ONE record

i have 2 records as different length,now i want to merge this two into one record, how to do it without manual.

ex:
there were two DS
first DS record length:80,maybe some customers information
second DS record length:90,include other business
now i want to merge this two into a long DS of 170 length.that's the Q!

from Your again scarce information... no, You cannot do it with any ispf tso tool

But if You search the dfsort or jcl forum there are a few "sort" topics dealing
with similar issues

as soon as You tell what sort product You have... dfsort or syncsort
I will relocate properly the topic
