Hi,
I had a Cobol program in a Changeman library and i made changes to that program couple of times meaning i made changes to that program , compiled it and again i made some changes to the program compiled it.now when i put a VC i'am not able to see the various versions of the program.its showing only one version which is in the package.while recompiling i'am not getting a popup panel which asks wether we need to save the various versions of the program.so now the questions is
1) why are the various version of the program not getting stored?
2) if its due to some update in the changeman setting ,how do i turn it on to save various versions?
Thanks

Got this one resolved .It was more to do with some changes in the changeman admin option , Normal application programmer has no control on this. |

Hi Krishna,
Thanks for letting us know your resolution..
Usually such "settings" are local to the specific shop. I also use Change Man but I don't have this option availabe at my shop instead while "CHECking OUT" I can "check out" the whichevr version I want. At my shop we can keep 50 versions of a single program. |
